The puppies below are not for sale they have all either been placed in homes or are staying here. The pictures are to give you some idea of the quality of our puppies.

 Our Puppies and Adults are raised in our home. Mom and Newborns are kept in our bedroom for the new Moms comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house. Then as the puppies start to move about, the eyes open and they start playing they are moved out into the center of everything in our Den. They are socialized, loved, groomed and cared for everyday. We let our babies explore our home inside and eventually outside, so they will become well rounded individuals. They socialize and play with the adults under close supervision. They take little trips out to help them adjust to life outside the home. We feed them quality foods and send them to their new home with plenty of their food to last them at least two weeks or more. They will also have a medical record, copy of pedigree, signed contract, Avid Microchip with Lifetime database membership, and a few other items to help start your puppy off right. Our Puppies come with a Written genetic health guarantee against lifethreatening congential health problems to 12 months of age. They are sold as Pets with limited registration (no breeding or showing rights). As pets we retain the AKC papers until after proof of spay or neuter from your vet has been received by us and confirmed. This is part of our spay neuter contract that will be signed prior to the puppy going home.Very small pet females will be spayed before leaving. We ask that all puppies be examined by your vet when they come home to you. Since we are a show home and breeding yorkies for us to show we tend to hold back puppies to watch for show potential this is often well after 12 weeks old as Yorkies change as they mature. Most of these babies will be after 6 months old or older. Unless a puppy is definately pet quality before then. We ask that if you can no longer care for or keep a puppy or adult of ours, to return the dog to our care. We created these babies and do not want our babies in a home that can't care for them or doesn't want them, or in a rescue or shelters. We breed for betterment of the breed and for our next show hopeful dog and like to know about the families any of puppies would be going to, and ask our parents to stay in contact with us. We are breeding for our own program and show hopefuls, so we do not offer any puppies on a show, show potential or breeding registration contract at this time. Our Puppies are microchipped so if the puppy is lost and found they can be returned.They will be current on vaccinations and sometimes fully vaccinated. Our vet will exam the puppy before they leave to assure us the puppy is healthy to leave. We can give our best estimate of adult weight based on growth while in our care and considering the parents and pedigree, but we cannot and will not guarantee the puppies adult weight. We do prefer meeting our puppy owners in person and having you meet our family of Yorkies. Shipping by air is available for puppies old enough and over 2 lbs weather permitting or you are more then welcome to fly in and pick your baby up and carry it with you. We love our puppies very much and would love to keep them all if it was possible, we will always be there before & after the transfer and encourage our puppy parents to stay in contact with us. We welcome prearranged visits after the puppies have recieved their first vaccinations. Occassionally we have adult and tween yorkies for pet homes. They will be made available to homes that are carefully screened and ready for the long term commitment to care for them, They are not free, they will have a health check up, dental, and spayed or neutered before going.
